Welcome to our beautiful home in the serene Indian Beach - Sapphire Shores neighborhood! Minutes from beaches and downtown Sarasota, enjoy nearby dining, shops, and outdoor fun. Our home features a ping pong table, mini golf, bikes, and beach gear. Relax in the spacious backyard with a grill, picnic table, and hammock, or unwind inside with high-speed WiFi and flat-screen TVs in every room.

A walkable neighborhood near downtown Sarasota, St Armands Circle and Lido Key beach. The home is updated and has a fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the large fenced backyard with mini golf turf, hammock and picnic seating! Beautiful oak provides tons of shade. 2 large couches and love seat offer plenty of seating. Two full bathrooms. Park 2 cars in the driveway or immediately in front of the house(corner lot). Garage has a 220 outlet to charge your electric vehicle.

Watch the sunset from Sapphire Shores waterfront park or Charles Hegener Nature Walk. Both are a 3min drive. St Armand's Circle & Lido Key Beach are ~5mi

This is the second year we have stayed at Lotte's Place to watch the Baltimore Orioles play spring baseball and both experiences were excellent. Everything was as exactly advertised and the place was spotless, very comfortable and well appointed and I'll add that over Thanksgiving, my Granddaughter played Lacrosse in Tampa and after that her entire family stayed at Lotte's Place for four days and they enjoyed it as well! Hopefully, we can stay next year as well!

March 2025 - Absolute perfection! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would (and I am very particular with where I stay). This beautiful home was beyond my expectations. I can’t think of anything that I would change. The check-in instructions were clear, the place was sparkling clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the layout of the home was wonderful. The back screened in patio received a ton of use. It seems like the house sits on a double lot because the yard is HUGE! Lots of mature trees adds to the character of the home. Brand new privacy fence around the entire property. Location of the home is ideal as it is just off Tamiami Trail (aka Rt 41 which is the main road from Tampa to Miami), 20 mins to Lido Beach (highly recommend, powder soft sand), 5 mins to the airport, University Mall is close by with tons of restaurants. If I could pick this house up and move it to Ohio, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you, Lotte for your wonderful hospitality and attention to detail

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was clear and friendly with all communication, and the house was just as described. It was very clean with some nice added amenities like beach gear and a couple bicycles to explore the area. It was a nice home base for us to watch some spring training baseball, as well as venture to some of the nearby beaches and shopping/restaurants. We even went up to Tampa/St. Pete area for a day trip, which was about an hour and 15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this house to anybody staying in the Sarasota area.
